Job summary

Pinnacle99 INC in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a hands-on Assistant Controller to support the build-out of its North American finance organization during a major transformation and ERP implementation, with a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA and has deep experience in controller/R2R functions, intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, royalty accounting, and S2P/P2P processes, with solid US GAAP knowledge and ERP exposure (SAP or Dynamics).

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Experience in Controller, Assistant Controller, R2R, or controllership functions.
• Strong background in intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and royalty accounting.
• Experience supporting S2P/P2P processes.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge.
• ERP experience (SAP or Dynamics preferred).
• Big 4/public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience in a carve-out, shared services, or PE-backed environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and royalty cross-charges.
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance.
• Partner with tax, treasury, procurement, and shared services teams.
• Support ERP implementation and TSA transition activities.
• Drive issue resolution across finance operations and transaction processing.
