Job summary

KPG99 INC, based in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a senior finance leader to own Controller functions, including R2R and intercompany activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in close processes.

The role partners with tax, treasury, procurement, and shared services, driving process improvements during a transformative phase and leading ERP initiatives (SAP or Dynamics). Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Controller functions including R2R/Controllership.
• Strong intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and royalty accounting experience.
• Experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P/P2P) processes.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
• ERP experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics; Big 4 background a plus.
• Experience in carve-out, shared services, or PE-backed environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and royalty cross-charges.
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
• Partner with tax, treasury, procurement, and shared services teams.
• Support ERP implementation and TSA transition activities.
• Identify and drive resolution of issues across finance operations and transaction processing.
• Help establish and improve finance processes during the organization's transformation.
