Organizational Overview:

Position:

The Vice President, Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role will manage all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies.
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage HR team and promote professional development.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in talent management and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.
• Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
