Job summary

Jobot in Long Beach, CA is seeking a skilled finance professional to manage owner billings and related documents, ensuring timely collections and compliance on subcontractor wage requirements. You will drive accuracy in project billing, review estimates and budgets, and maintain critical project data with the teams.

The role covers ownership of project financials, data analysis on cost accruals, over/underbilling, cash flow and receivables, and setting up labor rates to support project needs.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate preparation of owner billings and supporting documents, collection of payments, and responsibility for certain subcontractor compliance such as prevailing wage
• Proactive, reporting accuracy of project billing and cost transactions, review of estimates and budgets including adjustments to projects
• Ownership and review of project financial data with project teams
• Supply and analyze financial data, providing insights about topics such as cost accruals, over/underbilling position, project cash position and receivables.
• Set-up, review, and maintenance of labor rates and other project data.
