Job Details

We are seeking a Project Controller to partner with Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents to ensure accurate financial management, effective job costing, and smooth administrative operations across construction projects. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects on budget, on schedule, and compliant with all contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve subcontractor invoices and vendor requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support project teams in preparing monthly owner requisitions and other client billing documentation.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations, including waivers, bonds, and billing procedures.
• Collaborate on monthly project forecasts, validating projected fees and percent complete.
• Process change orders for subcontractors and owners, maintaining accurate records.
• Manage labor and accounts payable job cost transfers to maintain project financial integrity.
• Monitor cash flow at the project level and prepare monthly cash forecasts.
• Provide accounting and administrative support to the Controller as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction accounting or related field.
• Familiarity with CCIP/OCIP project administration is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
