Job summary

Beaver Coach Sales & Service in La Pine, Oregon is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across departments, drive process improvements, and assist with month-end and year-end close while maintaining accurate records. A 2+ year accounting background and degree in accounting are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience including payroll and AP/AR.
• College degree with a focus in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
