Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• A proactive, team-oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Create and maintain vendor and customer records in QuickBooks.
• Prepare customer invoices and apply cash receipts.
• Perform monthly bank, general ledger, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and capital spending reports.
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting.
• File and maintain local and state sales tax records.
• Partner with Operations, Shipping, Sales, and Leadership to support business performance.
