Job summary

LHH is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee accounting, billing, AR, and AP operations while partnering with regional leadership to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and financial performance.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for an accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving operational challenges beyond closing the books.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
• Strong background in month-end close, financial analysis, and operational accounting
• Experience leading accounting, billing, AR, or AP teams
• Advanced Excel; Power BI and automation experience are a plus
• CPA or MBA preferred
