Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to help manage core close activities, reporting routines, and project-based financials. The role collaborates across departments to ensure timely, accurate insights into operational results. Manufacturing or related industry experience is required, Percentage of Completion a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly tasks related to financial records, reconciliations, and allocations.
• Monitor cost tracking and project-level financial outcomes.
• Produce internal summaries related to earnings, performance, and trends.
• Uphold internal standards around reporting accuracy and review cycles.
• Partner with operational leads on progress reviews and expected outcomes.
• Support year-end reviews and periodic outside assessments.
• Oversee junior team members and help define repeatable processes.
• Participate in systems optimization and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to work-in-progress or stage-based projects.
• Sage Intacct is highly preferred
• Strong spreadsheet proficiency and comfort working in structured environments.
• Able to meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and adapt to shifting needs.
