The Invesco Private Markets (IPM) accounting team handles investor, fund, and account level financial reporting, manages fund treasury processes, coordinates annual audits, and oversees tax filings for real estate, debt, and private equity funds. The team also manages acquisitions, dispositions, and liaises with joint venture partners, third-party service providers, and property managers.
The Assistant Controller oversees financial reporting, valuation processes, and controls for private credit funds. Responsibilities include managing private fund accounting, financial reporting, and fund operations. The role reports to the fund Controller and collaborates with portfolio management, operations, fund accounting teams, and works closely with Invesco’s corporate accounting team.
