  • Oversee payroll account reconciliations and partner with the Payroll Manager to resolve discrepancies using the ADP General Ledger Interface.
  • Review post-payroll financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as a key liaison for financial statement and overhead audits, as well as with state and local tax authorities.
  • Collaborate across departments to address and resolve accounting-related inquiries and support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive accounting experience within medium to large organizations.
  • Prior experience in the A/E/C industry highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
