Job summary

A general contracting company in Saint Petersburg is seeking an early-career Project Superintendent to oversee onsite operations and ensure project success. Ideal candidates will have a degree in construction management and at least one year of relevant experience. Overview

We\u2019re seeking an early-career Project Superintendent to join our team to help us deliver high-quality commercial projects on time and on budget. As Assistant Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, develop and monitor project plans, and ensure that safety and quality standards are met. You\u2019ll collaborate with our team to ensure the success of each project. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a degree in construction management or a related field.

About the company

We\u2019re a licensed and insured General Contractor specializing in commercial new construction, serving Tampa Bay for over 50 years. Projects are located in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Manatee counties. There is no overnight travel. Projects include interior buildouts, medical offices, retail and hospitality (project size up to $3MM).
