The Candidate will have:

• Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor in a Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent role
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar construction-related field (Required)
• Strong software and technology skills (Procore or similar programs)
• Experience working with large project teams

Overview:

The Assistant Superintendent assists with all project site responsibilities related to safety and overall quality execution. Supervises and coordinates various subcontractors and trades to ensure contract compliance on commercial, hospitality, multifamily, and healthcare projects. Acts as the onsite manager, maintaining open communication with subcontractors, owners, facilities, and the construction team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in healthcare or medical construction and renovation
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, principles, and the production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
