Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of welding processes and materials.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• PM certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and deliver contractor projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and work plans; manage resources to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, foremen, and welding teams to define scope.
• Monitor progress; address issues, risks, or scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Procure materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and present project reports on progress, costs, and productivity.
• Collaborate to meet required standards.
• Foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
• Track and analyze performance to identify improvements.
