Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support commercial projects in Cincinnati, OH. You will work with Project Managers and field teams on project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.

This role assists with estimating, cost tracking, scheduling, and project closeout, participates in meetings, and supports safety programs and documentation workflows throughout the full construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience assisting PMs on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with RFI, submittals, change orders, drawings, and schedules.
• Experience coordinating with subs, vendors, PMs, SMs, architects or engineers.
• Experience with subcontractor buyout, bid solicitation, takeoffs, estimating support, or cost tracking.
• Familiarity with Procore or comparable PM software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, submit, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and distribute information to team members.
• Assist with developing and updating project schedules and tracking milestones.
• Support subcontractor buyout, bid solicitation, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients on documentation and progress.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, estimating, and cost tracking.
• Process invoices and payment applications and monitor project expenses.
• Support project closeout activities and final documentation.
