Job summary

Thrivecos is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to work alongside the Construction Manager and gain the experience needed to advance to a Construction Manager role. You will contribute ideas to improve the department and the company while handling assigned duties in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires an associate degree with two+ years of construction experience and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, with two or more years of relevant construction experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to schedule and organize multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft productivity tools preferred but not required.
• Procore experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Manager to build the skills and judgment needed for advancement.
• Contribute ideas on how the department and company can improve.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
