Circle K in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support commercial construction projects from planning to post-opening. This hands-on role is based in the office and expects five days per week in the office, working within Circle K's Global Real Estate team.

The position requires 2–5 years of construction experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% across the US.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction or PM support.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and project coordination.
• Willingness to travel across the US (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgets, drawings review, and material takeoffs.
• Support bid qualification, RFIs, and procurement activities.
• Attend punch walks and post-opening site visits for quality control.
• Identify issues early and coordinate solutions with the team.
• Manage post-opening warranty plans for new sites.
