Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills ideal.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and guiding staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K food program standards.
• Set positive example for staff through leadership and urgency.
