Job summary

The Assistant Project Manager will support the PM on the full construction process from preconstruction through final completion on commercial and multifamily projects in Nashville. You will work with estimators and suppliers to keep projects on budget and on schedule, and you will be a primary contact for the owner during critical milestones.

Local candidates preferred with a bachelor’s degree and 1–2+ years in similar roles; no specific software experience required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in commercial or multifamily construction (PM related)
• Bachelor's degree required
• No required software experience- training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM through the full construction process from preconstruction to final completion.
• Coordinate with estimators and ensure financial success of the project.
• Serve as a point of contact for the owner during the project and coordinate with the PM for client satisfaction.
