Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant construction experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of project safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Coordinate procurement, contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Prepare project status reports and minutes; support risk reviews and audits.
