Job summary
Qualifications
Bachelor degree and 3 years relevant construction experience required.
Applicable experience may substitute for the degree.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Multiple years of experience on construction project sites or executing program management in multiple industries preferred.
A basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Must be able to meet the company's driving requirements.
Responsibilities
Assist the Construction Project Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, or EPC/Program Manager with day-to-day management of safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, procurement, and documentation.
Support client interface, field activities, and turnover processes across diverse projects.
Collaborate with the project team to manage Safety & Health performance.
Develop and implement project plans, QA, safety, subcontracting, staffing, and procurement plans.
Participate in negotiations and execution of prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
Help prepare RFPs, scope development, bids, and contract documents for subcontractor selection.
Support cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, project setup and closeout, and field progress tracking.
Prepare project status reports and distribute meeting minutes for stakeholders.
