Qualifications & Responsibilities

1. Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or in an equivalent supervisory role in new home construction.
2. Thorough knowledge of all trades involved in homebuilding.
3. Highly motivated with a passion for excellence and proactive initiative.
4. Ability to work as part of a team and independently to meet deadlines and goals.
5. Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with trade partners.
6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
7. Comfortable and courteous in representing CBH Homes to all stakeholders.
