Responsibilities include working with a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to provide administrative and technical direction for large or multiple smaller projects. Key duties encompass customer interface, client development, project scoping, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, safety oversight, cost and progress monitoring, management, and reporting. Living allowance is provided, allowing you to live anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure project safety, adherence to design, budget, and schedule, interfacing with various stakeholders
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and standards; coordinate activities
• Monitor construction progress, manage on-site personnel, and implement corrective actions

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of related commercial construction experience
