The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an Assistant Concessions Manager to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As an Assistant Concessions Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Concessions Manager to lead and develop the team while ensuring smooth and successful operations.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $54,100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. More about you

• Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures, with the ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
