Job summary

The Scion Group LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager across all operations, staffing, and resident services in a fast‑paced student housing environment.

You will supervise daily operations, lead staff development, manage property administration, and partner with teams to ensure high resident satisfaction and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Customer‑centric mindset.
• 1+ years’ experience working at living communities/property management.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Staff Development and Leadership: assist with attracting candidates, training and leadership, and managing onsite schedule.
• Property Administration: handle community matters, notices, evictions, and accounts receivable.
• Facilities & Capital: oversee safe, clean, and compliant facilities and conduct monthly inspections.
• Annual Turnover Process: plan and execute turnover with vendors and move‑out inspections.
• Financial Performance: assist in Month End, manage delinquency targets, and maintain accounting records.
• Customer Experience & Sales: manage customer interactions, market surveys, and revenue goals; respond to resident concerns.
