The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a similar role, strong Excel and general accounting skills, and familiarity with Resman or Yardi, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as an assistant community manager.
• Strong Excel and general accounting skills.
• Experience with property management software (Resman/Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activity: daily deposits, collections, and monthly financials.
• Handle lease transactions, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries and support resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain community cleanliness and curb appeal.
