Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking an Assistant Community Manager at Spectra on 7th in Phoenix, AZ. You will help run the community by handling maintenance-related tasks and performing daily accounting duties to ensure smooth operations and five-star service for residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience as an assistant community manager, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as an assistant community manager.
• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage various community accounting activities, including daily deposits, rent payments, and monthly financials.
• Ensure proper legal documents are prepared and served to residents.
• Assist in lease transactions: prepare leases, review applicant history, credit approvals, and renewal paperwork.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with leasing responsibilities as needed.
