Woodlea Oaks Apartments in Taylors, SC 29687 is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations of the apartment community. The role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

Ideal candidates will be proficient with property management software (OneSite), have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the capacity to coordinate vendor contracts and community events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 4 years of experience as an assistant manager or similar role.
• Valid driver's license required.
• In-person work in Taylors, SC.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls warmly and professionally.
• Assist in leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Use OneSite to manage leases, communications, and records.
• Conduct property inspections for compliance.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Address inquiries promptly with excellent service.
• Negotiate maintenance vendor contracts.
• Maintain housing program records and assist residents.
• Collaborate with maintenance and organize community events.
• Handle outside marketing as needed.
