Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support three affordable housing communities in Wisconsin. This role focuses on leasing support, resident relations, and administrative tasks across Havenwood in Lake Geneva and Gilbert Court in Elkhorn.

The position requires strong office skills, customer service experience, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with independence. Experience with Section 8 Project-Based housing and LIHTC filings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard office software (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic clerical duties.
• Onesite software experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complexes and vacancies for showings and move-ins.
• Communicate property features to prospects and answer questions.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to prospective tenants.
• Greet walk-in visitors and assist with their needs or questions.
• Process lease paperwork and ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
• Maintain resident records and document all correspondence.
