Job summary

ACC Management Group is hiring a Part-Time Community Manager for River North Cottages in Waupaca, WI. The role supports daily property operations, leasing, and resident relations within a Section 42 LIHTC community.

You will work 16-20 hours weekly at the property, with responsibilities spanning showings, inquiries, and coordination of maintenance. The position emphasizes independent work, strong customer service, and adaptability to affordable housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC or affordable housing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations during scheduled hours.
• Maintain compliance with Section 42 (LIHTC) requirements.
• Manage leasing, applications, and resident files.
• Monitor occupancy and leasing activity.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and property needs.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and company staff as needed.
