Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for Townhomes at Diamond Ridge. You will deliver an outstanding resident experience, assist with tours, move-ins, and daily operations, and help coordinate events to create a home residents are proud of.

This on-site role involves coordinating with maintenance and managing resident records while supporting a thriving apartment community and delivering exceptional service.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct community tours and assist with the leasing experience.
• Support resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Help maintain resident records, accounts, and reports.
• Walk the property to ensure excellent curb appeal.
• Partner with maintenance teams to address resident needs.
• Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
• Support daily operations and ensure company policies are followed.
