Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is hiring an Assistant Community Manager/Occupancy Specialist for Silver Lake Commons in Pittsburgh, PA. In this full-time role, you will support daily operations, manage occupancy, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour - $25.00/hour; Depending on experience

Responsibilities

The Assistant Community Manager/Occupancy Specialist supports daily operations and financial performance of HUD‑assisted and/or LIHTC communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and effective leasing and occupancy management in the absence of the Community Manager.

Requirements
  • Hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school OR have 6 months of experience OR have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License with access to a registered and insured vehicle.
  • Must be a Certified Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist (HUD), or equivalent within 18 months of hire.
  • Real Estate License must be obtained within 9 months of employment.
  • Certified Assisted Housing Manager, Certified Tax Credit Specialist is preferred.
