Qualifications

• Hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school OR have 6 months of experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with access to a registered and insured vehicle.
• Must be a Certified Tax Credit Specialist or similar within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and financial performance of communities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.
• Manage leasing and occupancy in the absence of the Community Manager.
