• Minimum 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to requests.
• Collect monies, oversee evictions, and monitor move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and maintain filings.
• Oversee renter's insurance processing and deposits.
• Ensure model apartments are ready and workspace is clean.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, and market conditions.
• Coordinate with apartment locators and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and retain residents.
• Report unusual property or resident circumstances.
