Job summary

Logan Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for South Beach by Logan, a Class A luxury apartment community. You will support the Community Manager, manage resident relations, leasing processes, and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong organizational, customer-service and communication skills, with proficiency in Yardi/RealPage and MS Office. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is expected in this dynamic, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a Class A/luxury setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident relations, inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Support leasing activities, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Maintain organized office operations and assist in preparing reports and budgets.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Assist in rent collection, payments processing, and financial reporting.
