Job summary

Logan Property Management, a woman- and Latina-led firm, seeks an Assistant Community Manager for South Beach by Logan, a premier Class A luxury community. You will support the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations, resident satisfaction, and impeccable service across our properties.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, with experience in property management or hospitality, and comfortable using Yardi or RealPage and MS Office. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Address resident inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain organized office operations and prepare reports and budgets as needed.
• Inspect the property regularly and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Assist with rent collection and financial reporting for the property.
