Job summary

Peak Living is looking for a qualified Assistant Community Manager in California, Indio. This role involves supporting the Community Manager in all aspects of community operations and entails responsibilities such as customer service, tax credit compliance, and assisting in leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in multi-family housing.
• At least one year of experience in LIHTC communities.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising community associates.
• Assist in customer service and leasing efforts.
• Conduct audits and inspections to meet tax credit requirements.
• Assist in preparing lease paperwork and recommending rate adjustments.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other income.
