Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with tax credit experience to help oversee operations at our communities. You will assist the Community Manager in supervising staff, handling leasing, and ensuring LIHTC compliance across properties.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in onsite roles, LIHTC experience, and English proficiency. CAM/ARM, HCCP, and COS designations are preferred.Join a growing company with strong benefits and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality, or related.
• 1+ year of experience in LIHTC communities.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred (for Section 8).
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Assist with customer service and leasing.
• Ensure tax credit requirements are met by training, audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Assist in leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
