Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Port Orange, FL to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks under the Community Manager. You will help drive occupancy, respond to resident concerns, and ensure smooth operations across the community.

You will work within Hawthorne’s Live It culture, with opportunities for growth, and a schedule that aligns with leasing office hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Two years property management experience preferred.
• Six months assistant manager experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CALP accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing and occupancy to meet goals.
• Support Community Manager and lead by example.
• Handle rent collection, renewals, and related documentation.
• Conduct tours, respond to leads, and guide prospects through leasing process.
• Oversee resident relations and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Assist with financial reporting and office operations.
