Hawthorne Residential Partners LLC in Port Orange, FL, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager dedicated to supporting the community's day-to-day success. You will work alongside the Community Manager to oversee leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks.

This role involves tours, lead responses, application processing, rent collection, delinquencies, and reporting, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses through Hawthorne's Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience is preferred.
• Six months previous assistant community manager experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Identify prospect needs, showcase available homes, and invite them to join the community.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Meet occupancy goals through leasing performance and resident retention; create and manage content for the community’s social media platforms, highlighting resident events and promoting engagement.
• Oversee rent collection, check scanning, and payment posting to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Monitor delinquencies, make weekly follow-up calls, and coordinate eviction procedures as needed.
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation for Community Manager and regional leadership.
