Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Loveland, CO community. This 30-hour-per-week role supports the Community Manager with offices tasks, data entry, and customer service activities.

The position involves greeting residents and prospects, handling calls, and assisting with home sales. A strong office background and ability to multitask are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year general office experience required; 1 year sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a polite, professional demeanor.
• Answer office telephone calls promptly and professionally, provide requested information.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents.
• Enter data into the management software program.
• Enter lead information in the Link System; manage leads for potential residents.
• Maintain all community office files per company policy; ensure compliance with state/local requirements.
• Inventory, order and verify receipt of office supplies; coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Document telephone conversations and visits to build a book of business for property management.
• Assist Community Manager in new and used home sales; present homes to potential residents as needed.
• Ensure residents’ privacy and property preservation; comply with regulatory requirements.
