Qualifications

• Experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager/CRM.
• Proficiency in rent processing and lease administration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and month-end reporting
• Post rent and manage delinquency, eviction process and daily deposits
• Oversee leasing duties, tours and preparation of lease agreements
• Physically inspect the community and ensure property standards
• Handle resident communications via emails, voicemails, and texts
• Assist with hiring and training of new team members
• Monitor resident satisfaction and competitive knowledge in area
• Other duties as assigned
