Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in North Dallas is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 176-unit apartment community. You will perform leasing duties as needed and support on-site property management with strong numbers aptitude.

The role requires two years of Assistant Community Manager experience, solid bookkeeping, and excellent communication. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $20.00–$21.00 plus monthly/quarterly bonuses, with standard working hours Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Two years of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternate weekday off.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Texas Driver’s License.
