Job summary

HNN Communities seeks a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Federal Way. You will assist in day-to-day operations across leasing, marketing, compliance, and resident satisfaction, supporting the Community Manager for optimal performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in property management or leasing, strong customer service and communication skills, and experience with Yardi and MS Office. Tax credit housing knowledge is a plus; bilingual not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or leasing.
• Strong leasing and sales skills; excellent customer service.
• Proficient with Yardi and MS Office; LIHTC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations for the assigned community.
• Process rent, fees, and payments; support month-end close and move-ins/outs.
• Keep Yardi data up to date including rents, leases, and residents.
• Support marketing and leasing activities, including social media and advertising.
• Lease and tour apartment homes, guiding applicants through the application and move-in process.
• Ensure lease administration accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
