Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 317-unit mid-rise apartment community in Houston. The role includes leasing duties, applications processing, collections, move-ins/outs, resident relations, reporting, and marketing.

The ideal candidate has solid bookkeeping and organizational skills, strong communication, and proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook and Yardi. Must be able to work one Saturday per month and hold a Texas driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
