Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks an Assistant Community Manager for a 317-unit mid-rise community in Houston. The role supports leasing and performs the duties of a Leasing Consultant when needed, with a knack for numbers and customer service.

You will manage leasing applications, income collections, move-ins/outs, resident relations, reporting and marketing in a fast-paced on-site environment. Requires 2+ years in on-site property management, proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi, and

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work one Saturday per month.

Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Texas Driver’s License.
