American Landmark Apartments in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for Latitude at Mallard Creek. This full-time role offers hourly pay between $25 and $27, with emphasis on leasing, resident services, and team leadership.

You will manage leasing, marketing results, rent posting, reporting, and staff coordination, supported by training programs, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the apartment industry in a similar role.
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems.
• A college degree is helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving marketing results for your community.
• Knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods.
• Full knowledge of property rental information.
• Post rent to the tracking system.
• Secure a high percentage of closed leases.
• Submit all administrative forms, files and reports.
• Coordinate promotional materials with local businesses.
• Respond promptly to resident requests.
• Design and implement resident retention activities.
• Manage community supplies and equipment inventory.
• Support Community Manager in staffing decisions.
