Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience, supervisory exp preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of multifamily regulations and occupancy metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains revenue, expenses, occupancy, and projections.
• Manages community inspections per CRC requirements.
• Handles renewals to support resident retention and rent growth.
• Coaches and develops the leasing and service team.
• Reports traffic and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Oversees marketing to drive traffic and community relationships.
• Manages delinquency and ensures timely reads for make-readies.
• Reports to Regional Manager and Asset Management with performance updates.
• Writes reports and business correspondence with accuracy.
• Handles resident issues and conflicts with professionalism.
• Oversees capital projects and coordination among departments.
