Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to join our Auburn, WA team. The role supports leasing, compliance, accounting, and resident satisfaction across tax credit housing programs.

Experience in property management and strong customer service are essential. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a structured schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, including leasing.
• Knowledge of tax credit housing and compliance preferred.
• Proficient with Yardi and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations for the community.
• Process rent payments, fees, and month-end tasks with accounting coordination.
• Maintain Yardi data: rents, occupants, lease dates and move-ins.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts, including social media and pricing.
• Engage with prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through tax credit and move-in.
• Prepare lease/addendum administration, renewals, and notices with accuracy.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and guests.
• Assist with resident events and community programs.
• Ensure compliance with tax credit requirements and reporting.
