Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or hospitality.
• Budget management, financial reporting, and rent collection experience.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in RealPage or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with leadership and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and financial support by assisting Regional Manager with budgets, expenses, and forecasting.
• Drive occupancy, renewals, and revenue growth with leasing team and vendors.
• Handle resident inquiries, service requests, and escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure curb appeal and market-readiness of vacant units and coordinate maintenance.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and teamwork to meet goals and deadlines.
